At Shine Aesthetics by Leslie, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your skin care product, we offer a flexible returns policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.
In-Person Returns:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Eligibility: If you are a local customer and your product has a defective pump, you may bring the item to our store.
- Process: We will attempt to fix the pump. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will replace the item for you on the spot.
Online Returns:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Process:

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from their location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- If the item is being exchanged due to a defective pump and we cannot repair it, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Important Notes:
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Products that are damaged or have parts missing for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund.
