To ensure all clients have access to their preferred time slots, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 fee. This policy allows us to provide a smooth experience for all clients, including those on our waiting list.
No call/show fee is 100% of the total of your service, after 1st offense!
