How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling us at (479) 903-8062, emailing us here, or using our online booking system.
What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly. There is a $25 cancelation fee if canceled within 24 hours before the appointment.
Facials
What types of facials do you offer?
We offer a variety of facials tailored to different skin types and concerns, including deep cleansing facials, anti-aging facials, hydrating facials, and custom facials designed specifically for your skin needs.
How often should I get a facial?
For optimal results, we recommend getting a facial every 4-6 weeks. However, this can vary based on individual skin conditions and goals.

We offer lash extensions, lash lifts, and lash tints. Our lash extensions come in various styles, from natural to dramatic, to suit your preferences.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 3-4 weeks with proper care. We recommend touch-ups every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness.
Waxing
What areas can be waxed at Shine Aesthetics by Leslie?
We provide waxing services for the entire body, including eyebrows, upper lip, legs, arms, underarms, back, chest, and bikini/Brazilian areas.
How should I prepare for my waxing appointment?
Please ensure the hair is at least 1/4 inch long for the best results. Avoid tanning, exfoliating, and applying lotions to the area to be waxed on the day of your appointment.
Microneedling
What is microneedling, and what are its benefits?
Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that uses fine needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production. Benefits include improved skin texture, reduced wrinkles, and diminished acne scars.
Is there any downtime after microneedling?
Downtime is minimal. You may experience redness and slight swelling for 1-2 days. Most clients return to their normal activities immediately after the procedure.
